This celebration unfolded during the Motor City Homecoming weekend, an apt stage for recognizing their unwavering expertise.
Behind every well-maintained vehicle lies a dedicated team, including Senior Master Technicians who’ve completed over 600 hours of training. Since 1999, only a few Ford and Lincoln technicians in the U.S. have achieved this distinction. Even rarer are those who maintain it for 20 years, constantly updating their skills.

Our very own Mark Yaussi, holds the distinguished title of 20-year Senior Master Technician. He was honored during Ford’s celebration in Dearborn and Michigan Motor Speedway. He even got go behind the scenes with Wood Brothers Racing. One of the many honors during the celebration includes finding his name on the side of the No. 21 Motorcraft/Quick Lane Ford Mustang driven by Paul Menard competing in the Monster Energy Cup Series race at MIS.
