Bird Kultgen Ford’s 2023 Employee of the Year is Richard Smith.
His pride and joy is his family: his wife, two daughters, and two grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys watching grandsons play football, watching high school football and traveling to see family. He loves eating anything sweet, a good lame joke, and cranking out to 80s tunes. He enjoys going to car shows and his ’68 Mustang.
Richard is the definition of a team player. Others praise him for his willingness to help, and he is considered their go-to teammate. His work ethic is second to none. His positive can-do attitude is infectious. He has earned the respect of his team and those throughout the dealership. We are blessed to work with this great man.
