Job Description

The Remote Experience Driver reports to the Remote Coordinator, assisting in the pick-up and delivery of vehicles, customers, and other duties and activities performed for Bird Kultgen related to the Service, Quick Lane, or body shop including: scheduling, coordinating, organizing, customer service, making phone calls, using delivery applications etc. .

  • Responsible for working with Remote Coordinator on scheduled PDEL for the day
  • Responsible for following up throughout the day on new PDELs scheduled in same day
  • Must use PDEL technology (Redcap/DriverQ etc.) on all Service/QL PDEL
    • This includes vehicle condition updates & Mobile Application
  • Responsible for properly updating staff of vehicle service needs once a unit is picked up
  • Must communicate with customer in a professional way throughout PDEL process.
  • Other duties as needed to support the team and customer

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license with 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.

Bird Kultgen Ford is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. Previous dealership accounting experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
  • Prepare and process weekly, monthly check runs and electronic payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate vendor files, W-9s, sales tax exemption certificates, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
  • Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or dealership accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with dealership management software (Dealertrack) is a plus.

Position Summary

The F&I Business Manager position is responsible for helping customers complete the finance and insurance portion of their vehicle purchase in a professional, compliant, and customer-focused way. This role is a producing F&I position, not a director position. In addition to producing F&I income, the F&I Producer supports the sales management team by helping desk deals, appraise trades, close sales, coach salespeople, acquire vehicles, and back up sales managers when needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the finance and payment process after a vehicle purchase agreement is reached.
  • Arrange financing options that fit the customer's needs while protecting the dealership's interests.
  • Present eligible F&I products to every customer, every time, in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Conduct a customer interview to understand needs, explain options, and create a smooth delivery experience.
  • Complete accurate paperwork, funding packages, product disclosures, and compliance requirements.
  • Sell products and follow processes that improve customer retention, satisfaction, surveys, and review performance.
  • Process cancellations and assist customers with post-sale F&I questions when needed.

Sales Management Support

  • Support the sales department by adding value beyond the F&I office, including:
    • Helping desk deals and structure transactions when needed
    • Assisting with trade appraisals and vehicle acquisition opportunities
    • Helping close sales and supporting sales managers during busy periods or coverage gaps
  • Coach salespeople on deal flow, customer communication, product awareness, and professional handoffs into F&I.
  • Support sales volume growth by helping the team create a smooth, professional, and efficient buying experience.
  • Work with the dealership management team to support the overall success of Bird-Kultgen Ford.

Reporting and Accountability

  • Maintain daily, monthly, and as-needed reporting, including StoneEagle production reports, internal production reports, daily sales reports, and any other reports needed to support the sales department and dealership.
  • The F&I Producer is expected to be productive, compliant, customer-focused, team-oriented, and willing to step in wherever needed to help the dealership sell vehicles and take care of customers.
