Win a Mustang Convertible and Help Feed Waco

Bird-Kultgen Ford is proud to once again partner with Shepherd’s Heart Food Pantry in support of their initiatives. This year, we’re partnering together to raffle off a 50th Anniversary Mustang Convertible to help support their mission. The raffle will raise funds for Shepherd’s Heart, one of the most impactful Food Pantries in Central Texas. The purchase of one raffle ticket, for $25.00, enables Shepherd’s Heart to secure over 200lbs of food and will enter you in a drawing to win the 50th Anniversary Mustang Convertible. PLUS, now through May 31st Bird-Kultgen will be matching each donation made, up to $10,000!

Shepherds Heart Food Pantry began serving families in need in June 2010. Today it is one of the largest Food Pantries in Central Texas protecting thousands of families from being without food. Shepherd’s Heart exists to meet both poverty and hunger head-on. It is their mission to feed, clothe, empower, and advocate for families in need. Each year, Shepherd’s Heart serves over 29,000 local families through the Food Pantry and provided services and now, during the Covid-19 pandemic, they need community support more than ever.

The poverty rate in our area is twice the national average. More specifically, there are over 40,000 people affected by food insecurity in the greater Waco community; 41% of which are children. Community support of organizations like Shepherd’s Heart Food Pantry help to magnify efforts to feed the hungry now and find solutions for those who need assistance.

Through Empowerment Programs, a Resale Store Things From The Heart, Toys from the Heart holiday toy drive, and the Food Pantry; Shepherd’s Heart touches the lives of thousands of families, and we’re happy to do our part to support them. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support local organizations like Shepherd’s Heart Food Pantry and thank you for your consideration of additional support.

All donations will be gratefully received, regardless of size. All proceeds from the raffle will go directly to Shepherd’s Heart in support of their mission to serve and provide food to thousands of local families in need.
