BK Ford is so excited to announce we’ll be partnering with Meals on Wheels Waco through June 17th for the first ever “Be Cool with BK Fan Drive.”
Our friends at Meals on Wheels Waco do so much for the Waco community other than just deliver meals to seniors. They informed us one of the larger problems they have through the Texas summers is keeping seniors comfortable in their homes. Some of these seniors either don’t have a well functioning AC or simply don’t have AC at all. Every year, Meals on Wheels Waco collects Box Fans to deliver to seniors in our community in order to keep them as comfortable at home.
BK is always looking for ways to give back to our Waco community! This year, our dealership is serving as a donation hub for fans, allowing Meals on Wheels to continue to serve their mission. In addition to collecting fans, we pledge to donate $20 per fan donated at BK Ford to Meals on Wheels Waco.
We kicked off the giving by donating 30 fans ourselves! Now through June 17th, swing by, say hello, and drop off your fan in order to keep seniors cool this summer. Check out our Facebook Page and Instagram to keep up with our progress!
