2022 Employee of the Year

Our 2022 Employee of the Year is John Staley. John was born and raised right here in Waco. His pride and joy is his family, and outside of work, he enjoys barbecuing and can often be found rocking out to Tool and Metallica. John truly embodies what excellence looks like. He's humble, easygoing, and good-hearted, the guy you want to work next to, and he's always willing to help others. His positive attitude is inspiring to all of us. He has an incredible work ethic, and blatantly he just works his butt off. He has earned the respect of his team and those throughout the dealership. I am blessed to work with John Staley and extremely proud of the incredible and inspirational path of his personal and professional life. Congratulations, John.

2023 Employee of the Year: Richard Smith

Bird Kultgen Ford's 2023 Employee of the Year is Richard Smith. more His pride and joy is his family: his wife, two daughters, and two grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys watching grandsons play football, watching high school football and traveling to see family. He loves eating anything sweet, a good lame joke, and cranking out to 80s tunes. He enjoys going to car shows and his '68 Mustang. Richard is the definition of a team player. Others praise him for his willingness to help, and he is considered their go-to teammate. His work ethic is second to none. His positive can-do attitude is infectious.
